Gala
Vallarta is an event where national and international wholesalers
and tour operators meet with Puerto Vallarta and Riviera
Nayarit hoteliers to explore business opportunities.
The
Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit Convention & Visitors
Bureau serve as coordinators, preparing the appointment agendas
based on the wholesaler’s selection from the Puerto
Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit hotel list.
The appointment agendas for March 3rd and 4th will be held
at the Convention Center of the Paradise Village Nuevo Vallarta
Hotel. It is important to mention that the wholesaler is the
one who sets the appointments.
General
program and business agendas will be provided well in advance.
Name badges will be given upon registration at the business
center on March 2nd.
All
appointments will be 30 minutes long and will take place on
March 3rd and 4th from 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m., and from
3:00 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. According to this schedule, there
is a limit of 16 appointments per day which totals a maximum
of 32 meetings for the two-day length of this event.
There
is no fee for participating in Gala Vallarta 2008. Accommodations
and transportation should be arranged on your own.
