We are delighted to inform you that Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit together, will be hosting the 16th edition of the annual industry trade show, Gala Vallarta. On behalf of all local Tourist Industry members, we are extending an invitation to you all to participate at the Gala Vallarta 2008 which will take place on March 02 to the 05 2008

Once again, you are faced before an opportunity to meet and negotiate directly with local industry sellers. Whether you have established clients or you are new in the market, Gala Vallarta 2008 will serve you as a unique meeting point for you to expand, improve and consolidate your business relationships with this tourist destination.

To register and confirm your participation, you must fill out the form below and submit it to us no later than January 18th, 2008.

In the registration form, you will find a list of participating hotels; please select a maximum of 32 hotels that you want to be included in your meeting agenda for Gala Vallarta 2008. Note that there is no participation fee, hence, we encourage you to make the most out of this opportunity by registering ASAP as appointment matching may become limited depending on the quantity of booking requests.

Gala Vallarta 2008
 

Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit are the second most important destination areas in Mexico and, together receive via air over 1.7 million visitors from all over the world every year.

Gala Vallarta is an event where national and international wholesalers and tour operators meet with Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit hoteliers to explore business opportunities.

The Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit Convention & Visitors Bureau serve as coordinators, preparing the appointment agendas based on the wholesaler’s selection from the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit hotel list.
The appointment agendas for March 3rd and 4th will be held at the Convention Center of the Paradise Village Nuevo Vallarta Hotel. It is important to mention that the wholesaler is the one who sets the appointments.

General program and business agendas will be provided well in advance. Name badges will be given upon registration at the business center on March 2nd.

All appointments will be 30 minutes long and will take place on March 3rd and 4th from 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m., and from 3:00 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. According to this schedule, there is a limit of 16 appointments per day which totals a maximum of 32 meetings for the two-day length of this event.

There is no fee for participating in Gala Vallarta 2008. Accommodations and transportation should be arranged on your own.
